All Goods remain the property of Browne Bros Precast Concrete & Stone Products Ltd, until paid in full. Claims for damaged /faulty goods must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after this period. Browne Bros Precast Concrete & Stone Products Ltd will not be responsible for any materials returned due to miscalculation by customers. Any costs shall be borne by the customer and there will be a 20% restocking charge for unused goods.
